Last week,  Orengo accused the government of violating the law following Miguna Miguna's saga.

At Nyando in Kisumu on Tuesday, the Siaya Senator said continued violation of human rights by Jubilee government could soil Raila's reputation.

"We all want unity but we cannot accept a situation where the government is violating the law. A cruel marriage can't be part of ODM.

"As a party,  we can't tolerate a situation where Raila's reputation is soiled just because of the deal.  Uhuru Kenyatta must respect the law or we pull out," he said.

His remarks last week about Raila's deal had sparked mixed reactions among ODM supporters with some followers telling him off.

But Orengo also insisted that for the deal to work,  families which lost their loved ones during the post election period should be compansated in full.
