Siaya Senator James Orengo questioned whether he will be allowed back in the country.
On Tuesday, Orengo alongside businessman Jimi Wanjigi left the country for Harare Zimbabwe after earlier being denied a chance to leave the country.
The two are in Harare to attend the burial of Morgan Tsvangirai.
Addressing journalists at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), Orengo maintained that they were uncertain they will be allowed back into the country.
"If we leave, are we going to be able to come back? And if we come back, will we be able to live here? In Kenya, you never know... they may claim you belong to another country," Orengo said.
Orengo maintained that they were humiliated and frustrated after they were blocked from traveling to Zimbabwe on Monday night.
"We have not only been inconvenienced and humiliated but we have also been oppressed. Somebody will have to answer for it. The matter will not endhere," said Orengo.
Orengo alongside Jimi Wanjingi was barred on the grounds that their passport had been canceled.
On Monday, the high court revoked the government decision to cancel passports belonging to a number of NASA leaders.
