Harambee Stars legendary goalkeeper Arnold Origi has mourned Hakati FC goalkeeper Vincent Ochieng who died after colliding with an opponent at Camp Toyoyo.
'Da Silva' died Friday while undergoing treatment at Kenyatta Hospital.
"I might not have seen you play, but if the way people talk about you and what people say about you is anything to go by, then you must have been a pretty decent goalkeeping talent. I Must admit that occurrences like this hurt and doesn't make sense," Origi said on his social page.
"But I have grown to learn that even when it hurts and even when it doesn't make sense, still have to give praise to the most High God. My condolences to your family, team and teammates, pray that they find strength and sufficient Grace during this tough period," Origi added.
"R.I.P young champ and see you in heaven when my time here on earth is done as well. Then I will get to see you play, get to see the kind of goalie that you are and off course have many training sessions together."
