Last weekend, the DP made the " Kumangamanga na Waluhya " (loitering with Luhyas) in reference to Bomet Senator Gideon Moi working with Amani National Congress leader Musalia Mudavadi as qouted by a local paper.

Osotsi said Ruto was in contempt of the Constitution in his vile attempt to criminalize cross-ethnic interactions and associations.

"He is indeed fomenting tribalism in politics and leadership in this country. Ruto is rogue in blatantly undermining a cardinal constitutional safeguard on leadership ethics in his promotion of negative ethnicity," he stated.

He said it is alarming for the Deputy President to disparage other national leaders.
