Miguna who arrived in the country on Monday from Canada where he had been deported to is yet to be allowed into the country and is currently being held at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) over a traveling documents row.

He has reportedly been locked up in a room within the airport, with Amollo now claiming that it is a plan to force him into signing suspicious documents that will further complicate his stay in the country.

He said that the immigration department, to achieve the plan, has resorted to kicking out his legal advisors in a bid to make him frustrated and choice-less.

''4hours On; still no access for Advocates, Doctors or Family allowed! Sen. Orengo, Adv. Waikwa, Hon Okello Jared & Myself still denied access. Naive of Immigration to think they would Coerce Miguna to sign forms without Presence Of Advocates!!'' claimed the Rarieda Member of Parliament in a tweet Tuesday.

Miguna's woes have resulted from his defiance to surrender his Canadian passport to the department and refusal to reapply for his Kenyan passport.
