Rarieda Member of Parliament Otiende Amollo has sparked a fresh storm about security of IEBC servers.
Speaking on Wednesday, Amollo said that the opposition found other means of accessing the servers after the commission allegedly declined to grant access as directed by the Supreme Court.
Amollo who was among NASA lawyers during the presidential petition hearing said that the opposition was able to know the real results and published them.
"Those of us who belong to the Nasa coalition complained in the Supreme Court, which directed that servers be opened, but the commission refused. We were able to access the servers and we published results," he said.
He was speaking during a debate on cyber security .
During the presidential petition hearing, NASA claimed that Raila had won the polls, and if IEBC opened the servers, they will prove.
IEBC later refuted claims that it had denied NASA access to servers.
Amollo however did not reveal how the opposition managed to get access to the servers.
