Immediate former Funyula MP Paul Otuoma has asked the Luhya community to back President Uhuru Kenyatta.

Speaking on Wednesday at his Bunandi home, Otuoma cautioned the community against supporting the candidature of NASA presidential candidate Raila Odinga during the forthcoming repeat polls.

He laughed off the former Prime Minister's remarks that there will be no elections should there be no new reforms within the electoral agency IEBC.

"Anyone trying other ways to frustrate the election will be taking Kenya backward. The will of the people must be given a chance," he noted.

Otuoma, who recently decamped to Jubilee Party further accused Raila of inciting Kenyans, asserting that the Opposition chief only wants a grand coalition government.

"The Supreme Court said that the election must be held within 60 days of its ruling. No one can change that," he noted.
