[Photo|Busia County Government] Former Funyula MP Dr Paul Otuoma took to the dock before Judge Kiarie Waweru Kiarie on Tuesday to testify in the case challenging the re-election of Sospeter Ojaamong as the Busia governor.Otuoma was cross examined by lawyers Chrisostom Akhaabi who represents IEBC and Otiende Amollo who represents Ojaamong, for over three hours.The petition was filed by Otuoma's campaign manager in the August 8 gubernatorial contest, Peter Odima.Otuoma who vied as an independent candidate, wants Ojaamong's re-election nullified citing massive voter irregularities.
