Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka has said he is not worried by ODM’s entry into Garissa Township MP contest.

According to the presidential hopeful, his main concern is seeing Duale out of office but will not mind the party that facilitates that.

This comes after Orange Democratic Movement party chose to field a candidate against Wiper deputy party leader Farah Maalim.

“We are not worried about Garissa. One, Mr Maalim campaigned for Mr Dolal and there are clan dynamics (that work in our favour). Two, the race is about to remove one Duale and we are going to accomplish it,” said Kalonzo as quoted by the Daily Nation.

Former deputy speaker of the National Assembly Farah Maalim was the opposition candidate to smoke current majority leader in parliament Aden Duale but Odinga has endorsed Mr. Nassir Dolal.

This has complicated the opposition agenda in Garissa but Maalim believes this is admirable internal democracy in NASA.

“We have a powerful culture of democracy even in our coalition. But, rest assured, this time round they will lose,” said Maalim.
