All leaders in Kisii County have been urged to provide help to Persons Living with Disabilities [PLWD] in the county since they vote for them when elections are being conducted.
According to Kisii county president of PLWD Kennedy Mouko votes of PLWD don’t have any disability and there is a need to get help from the leaders.
Addressing the press in Kisii town, Mouko said leaders should give back by helping them so that they can get out of the streets.
“Our votes as PLWD have no disability and we vote for leaders to attain power why are they not helping us? Let the Kisii county leaders look for a way to help PLWDs in various streets,” said Mouko.
He hailed Kisii county Governor James Ongwae for putting strategies of helping them and asked other county MPs and MCAs to help them move forward.
