Speaking at his constituency on Sunday, Mr Outa said ODM will remain the most democratic party in Kenya.

He said no candidate will be shortchanged during party primary elections as the country prepares to go for elections.

There has been concern among politicians eyeing various political positions in ODM that the Orange party primary elections might bungle.

He told residents to vote for ODM party leader Raila Odinga during the polls.

He said Mr Odinga is the best candidate to challenge President Uhuru Kenyatta during the polls.

Outa is expected to contest for Kisumu Senatorial position in 2017.
