This is after speaker Onyango Oloo and Senator Fred Outa on Sunday faulted him for allegedly hatching a plot to frustrate the incumbent county boss.

Owili, on Tuesday, termed the claims as baseless and ill-motivated. He also said that he will shed more light on the claims once the court rules on the petition challenging the election of Nyong’o, a former senator.

"I am aware they are planning bad things which I will tell the public after the ruling of the petition challenging our win," he said, as quoted by The Star.

The duo said that rumors that the county boss health condition is deteriorating are aimed at creating room for the deputy to assume the roles of the governor, who has traveled to the United States of America on official duty.

The second in command at the county level said that there are cartels attempting to blackmail him in order to create a non-existent rift between him and his boss. He insisted that he and the governor are inseparable, adding that the leaders talking about division should support the current government.
