Cabinet Secretaries are in panic after President Uhuru Kenyatta directed that they prepare their handover notes.

This comes as the country awaits Uhuru to name his new ministers for his second stint in office.

Although the president is expected to address the nation on Monday, Citizen reports that even Uhuru's most hardworking CSs have been asked to table the reports as they are not assured of remaining in the same dockets they currently hold.

The president and his DP William Ruto have remained tight-lipped on whom they intend to appoint as probable candidates jostle for his last minute attention.

Uhuru will be expected to consider regional balance in the appointments while at the same time ensuring he offers the slots to qughly qualified professionals.
