Parents who have been benefitting from the Nairobi County Bursary scheme have lamented the delay of the release and cancellation of the bursaries.They had been expecting to get the bursaries ahead of the start of the new school term but were disappointed to learn that no bursaries had been given.The Kidero administration started the bursary scheme and now the parents want its continuation saying that it has been crucial to the education of their children.The aggrieved parents spoke yesterday in Nairobi outside the Nation Centre.
