Ombati said parents, County and national governments and all stakeholders should work closely for the children to get quality education.
“Teachers only may not succeed in changing the lives of children. Support from parents, stakeholders and government is needed for the teachers to offer quality education to children,” he said.
He asked local administrators in the County to report any parent who fails to take his or her children to school.
“A legal action will be taken against parents who will fail to take their children school. Every child has a right to get education,” he noted.
