Parliament has again been forced to take a recess after failing to constitute parliamentary committees in the two Houses.
On Tuesday, the National Assembly had to adjourn again just a day after resuming sittings.
Legislators were returning from another break after going off last month to participate in the repeat presidential election campaigns.
The MPs will now go for a three-week break starting today.
They will resume on November 29, when it is expected that the leadership of both the Minority and Majority will have formed the respective House committees.
