The Federal Party of Kenya (FPK) has said it will support a presidential candidate fronted by the National Super Alliance (NASA).
The party will however field different candidates in the other elective seats.
Sikhendu MCA and FPK party leader Andrew Kutitila said this on Saturday and added that they will be working with the opposition to secure the Trans Nzoia and Western votes against the ruling Jubilee Party.
He said that FPK will not support Jubilee because the current administration has subjected Kenyans to bigger problems than before.
“Kenyans are now suffering more than before. The prices of basic needs such as flour, kerosene and even electricity bills have gone up. This is unacceptable,” he said.
He said that registration for party aspirants and membership was ongoing and further encouraged youths living with disability to join FPK and pay just half of the nomination fee.
