Nairobi business woman Esther Passaris has revealed the political party she will use in vying for Nairobi gubernatorial seat during the 2017 general election.
Passaris has said that she will be vying on her newly formed outfit called Harambee that is yet to be approved by the Registrar of Political Parties.
Speaking during an interview with KTN News on Friday, Passaris stated that the party reflects the spirit of Harambee which she said is key for the realization of development.
Passaris exuded confidence that Nairobians will elect her next governor come 2017 and once in office she will handle challenges affecting Nairobi locals.
Good housing, access to water, unemployment and security will be some of her immediate projects to undertake while at City Hall.
In 2013 Passaris vied for the Nairobi women representative but lost to Jubilee's Rachel Shebesh.
The Nairobi gubernatorial seat has attracted several aspirants among them former Starehe MP Margret Wanjiru, Nairobi Senator Mike Sonko, Dagoretti South MP Dennis Waweru, Water Cabinet Secretary Eugene Wamalwa, former Devolution CS Anne Waiguru, nominated MP Johnson Sakaja and former Raila Odinga advisor Miguna Miguna.
