[Photo|Esther Passaris]Nairobi County Woman Representative Esther Passaris has expressed disappointment, after Embakasi East MP Babu Owino was re-arrested, Wednesday.The ODM first time controversial MP, had been released on cash bail of Sh500,000 after he faced charges of allegedly insulting President Uhuru Kenyatta.He was later re-arrested shortly after leaving the Milimani Law Courts, over an incident he allegedly committed while still a SONU student leader.The re-arrest angered Passaris, who left the below message."Babu is like a young brother to me. Just because we disagree doesn't mean I'll abandon him in his hour of need. I'm glad to have played my part for his release but it's disappointing to see the arms of government entangled, causing his re-arrest. The law should be respected no matter what."
