His supporters called Passaris, who was among a group of MPs that had shown solidarity, with Babu, "traitor!".The rowdy youth called Passaris traitor after she censured Owino in a Facebook post for his vile remarks at a rally in Kawangware on Sunday. In the post, Passaris, condemned Owino's utterances, saying political differences between Jubilee and NASA (where she is a member), should exceed to insults. Her bodyguards came to her rescue, as police were forced to lob teargas canisters to disperse the rowdy youth. The supporters vowed never to vote for Passaris, who is also an ODM lawmaker.
