Mosocho residents were left in shock when a respected pastor was caught red-handed in bed with his colleague's wife.
The two were found in the act on Friday morning when the wife of the pastor came back home from a crusade.
Mr Ezra Marube, the pastor's colleague threatened to divorce his wife.
"This is stressful and I have never believed that my wife could cheat on me. I thank God that he helped me realise what has been going on," he said.
The pastor who was caught on the act escaped death by a whisker after police arrived at the scene and left with him.
Mosocho area chief Eric Nyaega said that the two were in police custody.
"I thank Ezra for not taking any action but opted to behave decently," said Mr Nyaega.
