Police from Ngoliba AP post Thika East, Kiambu County on Friday arrested a pastor aged 30 years for allegedly defiling and impregnating 2 primary school girls who are orphans.
Alfred Maingi Ndolo, a Pastor at Unabii Christian Church, was arrested after the girls aged 15 and 17 told their grandmother that they have been having sexual intercouse with the estranged pastor.
The girls' grandmother reported the incident to Ngoliba adminstration police who nabbed the suspect.
The grandmother who declined to be named accused the pastor for pretending to be a spiritual advisor only to do heinous acts to the minors.
"I took the girls to hospital after they started to complain of headache. I was shocked to learn that they are pregnant after medical tests were carried out. Upon questioning the girls, they told me the pastor has been sleeping with them," she said.
Thika East Deputy OCPD Zipporah Nderitu confirmed the incidence and said the suspect will be arraigned in court on Monday.
"Charge sheets are being prepared to arraign the suspect in court on Monday to face defilement charges," said the OCPD.
