A pastor in a village in Migori county has left residents shocked after he reportedly killed a man who found him in a steamy act with his wife in a bush.
Reports claim the amorous pastor led the woman into a thicket where they 'ate the fruit' before the owner of the woman, acting on a tipp off, ambushed them boiling with anger.
Unfortunately, the hunter became the hunted after the pastor overpowered him. He was roughed up and thrown in a gold mine where it is suspected he was hit by stones on his way down dying on the spot.
Area chief David Oula said the deceased, 32, run to the bust and found the two in the act.
“When the deep mine was inspected, the deceased was found in it dead. It’s highly suspected he was pushed in and landed on his head, which was cracked open from collision with sharp rocks,” Oula said.
The woman in the sex drama run away. She later handed herself to the police.
Police have also held a motorbike which the suspect used to ferry the woman to their hiding nest, the forest.
Police said the pastor is still at large.
Neighbours said the woman needs hefty punishment as she led to double tragedy for his husband.
"Nature is unforgiving, how can a man who was chewing your matrimonial wife remain alive as he kills you? Geoge Juma said.
