"Their grandmother has been hiding them for fear of stigma. I was told about them by a neighbor," the pastor said on Saturday.
Pastor Lesuruai asked parents not to hide children but try to seek assistance where necessary.
Robert Nato, the medical superintendent at the facility said the children have been put under intensive therapeutic care and they will stay in the hospital for 4 to 6 weeks.
"Our nutrition expert will take care of them; they need to be fed with a very special diet," he said.
The medic noted that children were not found with any underlying diseases but they are still undergoing tests.
He said the children's mother has mental illness.
