Controversial businessman Paul Kobia is at it once again.
This time round, he is attacking President Uhuru Kenyatta’s Chief of Staff and personal secretary Jomo Gecaga for what he claims is being blocked from accessing the president.
Kobia, in a footage in our possession, says that Gecaga has been running state house like private property. He accuses him of being a stumbling block to Uhuru’s re-election.
The businessman says that Gecaga is not welcome in Meru but the president and his deputy are.
Gecaga is the son of Udi and Jeni Wambui Gecaga (first President’s daughter) who attended Eton College in Windsor, Berkshire.
Besides being Uhuru’s personal assistant, Gecaga is the president’s nephew.
Kobia has been on record saying that the president risks losing the Meru vote for being ‘unreachable’ adding that the community is now open to working with any party or coalition that will listen to them.
“The problem is with the Merus. They never disclose they will not vote for you but they act," he said.
He at the same time asked Raila Odinga and any other politician who needs to work with them through PNU to present their manifesto so the community can decide.
