Here are a number things you should avoid to be in good terms with your boss.

Abusing your sick leave. So many employees are used to this trend. They call in to say how sick they are as an excuse nit to go to work. This behavior is addictive and might cist your job since your never available at work even when it is not a true sick leave.

Turning the office into a trade center. This is common, especially where women work. You come to sell every little thing from food to clothes inside the office which is not good according to the ethics that one should maintain in their work environment.

Gossiping. It is something that affects everyone working anywhere. Voluntarily or not, it is wrong and it should not be tolerated because of the effects it has. It also slows your productivity rate because you are always talking when you should be working.
