The man who is alleged to have placed the death and funeral announcement of NASA financier Jimmy Wanjigi on the Daily Nation of February 7, 2018, has been exposed.
The Nation Media Group which came out to apologize about the incident on Wednesday has published a photo of the suspected man who booked the obituary.
In a CCTV footage and images the media house released to the public, the man believed to be in his mid-thirties, went to pay for businessman Wanjigi's obituary at the NMG offices at around 5 pm on Tuesday, February 6, 2018.
"The suspect is believed to be in his mid-thirties, of brown complexion, plump, about 5 foot 10, with a full beard and short hair," a description from Nation reads.
The matter was reported at DCI, Central Police Station under OB Number 31/7/2/18 with the local media calling on anyone who can identify the suspect to report him to the nearest police station.
