A hashtag #IwantPK4Nairobi trended on Twitter for the better part of Thursday and Friday morning urging the former presidential candidate in 2013 elections to run for the city’s top job.

The hashtag was widely shared and retweeted thousands of times occupying first place to trending hashtag in Kenya.

Kenneth has also received thousands of calls by youths in Muranga recently asked the former legislator to consider running for Muranga Governor. Here are some of the tweets and why Nairobi residents want Mr Kenneth to be the next governor of Nairobi:
