[Photo| Standard]The Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) director of communication Philip Etale has sent out a message to the National Council of Churches of Kenya (NCCK) Secretary-General Reverend Canon Peter Karanja for calling on expansion of government.NCCK led by Karanja during a press conference on Tuesday proposed that the law should be changed to create the positions of the office of the official leader of opposition, as well as that of a prime minister and two deputies in order to help promote inclusivity and ownership of the government. However according to Etale, the Opposition leader Raila Odinga won the August 8 general election and therefore if there are any other positions to be created in government they should be given to Raila's rivals."Dear Can. Karanja, the whole world knows @RailaOdinga won on 8/8. If there's any position(s) to be created, you know whom to give," Etale posted on twitter, Wednesday.
