Harambee Stars clinched the 2017 CECAFA Senior Challenge Cup by beating Zanzibar 3-2 at the Machakos Stadium on Sunday.The match which was watched by Deputy President and other local and soccer leaders, was decided through penalties after the two teams settled for a 2-2 draw during normal regulation and extra time.
