After the recent botched surgery in Nairobi where a woman lost her life in the quest to enlarge her breasts, the issue of plastic surgery for beauty enhancement has been a hot topic.
What has however come out is that Kenyans did not know that the practice has always been there and that majority of celebrities we admire have had to undergo the same procedure.
The following are some of the top socialites who have taken to the knife to look more beautiful:
1. Vera Sidika
She has undergone two surgeries in the States to boost her looks. The main aim was to bleach her whole body in an operation that cost her Sh50 million before she went for breast implants.
It is understood that she will undergo a third cosmetic surgery soon.

2. Huddah Monroe
She had breast implants in 2016. During her Big Brother Africa stint, she lamented that her breasts were small and so she went for the operation to enlarge them.

3. Anerlisa Muigai
If you quote us, we will deny. Anyway, what is doing rounds is that she must have gone under the knife to cut her weight. Losing weight by over 80 kilos is not a joke.
4. Akothee
Her breasts have always remained erect despite having five kids. Speculation doing rounds along entertainment corridors is that the Kibera-bred celebrity had breast implants although she has never come out to assert the claim.

5. Big Ted
Well, Big Ted is not a woman and so he is not beautiful. What do they say over men?
Can you imagine Big Ted was once a huge animal, six-foot, four and weighed 256 kilos! He worked with his doctor to lose all the excess weight and now he is what we see.
