Several elected leaders from the North Rift region on Sunday attended an interdenominational thanksgiving prayer at the Chepkemel Reformed Church of East Africa (RCEA) in Turbo constituency.
The Thanksgiving that was attended by Deputy President William Ruto brought together over 69 churches from Uasin Gishu County.
During the event, the majority of the leaders who spoke called peace and unity and asked Kenyans to resist divisive politics.
