Thousands of Kenyans thronged the Kinoru Stadium in Meru on Saturday last weekend to experience the electrifying Twaweza Live Concert that promised and delivered fun, entertainment beyond expectations.

The mega concert was preceded by talent search activities, roadshow caravans, a free medical camp, campus takeovers, amazing devices’ offers, and DigiFarm farmers engagement forums.

Music fans who attended the event were entertained by among others; David Wonder, MC Alemba, DJ Deff, DJ Pierra, DJ Euphoric, DJ Joe Mfalme, King Kaka, Njugush, Nyashinski, Mercy Masika, Wahu, Bahati, Karimi Bruno and GMX The Baite.

The Twaweza live campaign is focused on making positive impacts in the lives of Kenyans by delivering relevant products/services, providing world-class entertainment and ensuring that impactful investments are made in different communities across Kenya.

The Twaweza live series that kicked off in Eldoret last month, will now head off to Mombasa, Kisumu, Machakos and finally, Nairobi.

Meru was the second stopover for the campaign that began in May 2018.

At least 1,000 local musicians will benefit from SKIZA boot camps which will empower them on how to make money from their music.
