The long-running battle between the national government the 47 county governments is set to come to an end following a determination between the two levels of government to resolve outstanding issues.This has been revealed by Governor Dr. Mohammed Kuti, the chairman of the Council of Governors Health Committee.In his revelation, the governor urged the government to help county governments deal with cancer cases by enhancing their capacities.The county governments have long called for health to be devolved with much reluctance from the national government.,
