Governor Sonko has set aside 1.5 billion shillings to deal with the problem of street children that the capital city has been grappling with.The money will be channeled into rehabilitating the street families which, according to the county government, pose a great risk to security.A report has already been tabled at the county assembly, detailing the risks posed by these families and how the 1.5 billion should be used to deal with the problem.
