[Photo: nairobiwire.co.ke]Renowned Law scholar Prof PLO Lumumba has sought to 'speak some sense into Kenyans hearts' as the country continues to hang on a balance brought about by last week's disputed presidential poll.Lumumba has said that Kenya is at a very critical stage where every Kenyan 'must pray for our motherland'."Election is not a life and death issue and should never be. It is a competition of ideas. And where there are winners, the winners must never gloat and the vanquished must never be humiliated," Lumumba says.PLO has noted that whatever the outcome of an election is, all Kenyans must learn to be tolerant of each other 'because Kenya must be preserved and protected by all'."We may be many ethnicities but if you go to the Bible in the book of Isaiah 19:25, you will find God describing Egypt as my people, Syria as my hard work and Israel my inheritance.""This is what could be said of the Kikuyus, Kambas, Luhyas and all the rest of us. We are one working like a piano to produce harmonious and melodious music. Let us preserve this nation given to us by God," he added.PLO was speaking at Jeff Koinange Live show on Citizen TV on Wednesday evening.
