Embu gubernatorial aspirant has urged the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) to prevent politicians who advice youths to cause chaos in political rallies.

According to Kithinji Kiragu, some politicians in the county have been using youth to sabotage their competitors’ meetings.

The Party of National Unity (PNU) aspirant claimed youths are bought illegal drinks by the rogue politicians, to riot.

“Those politicians should be barred from contesting because buying illicit brews for youths contradicts with the government’s fight against illicit brew all over the country,” Kithinji said.
