According to PNU national chairman John Kamama, the party has played a big role in the Jubilee coalition and thus its members ought to be considered for nomination.

Speaking in Nakuru on Tuesday, Kamama singled out Meru County saying the party sponsored several candidates who made it during the August 8th election.

“PNU as a party played a major role by sponsoring several candidates and the party also need to be considered considering its role in Jubilee coalition,” said Kamama.

The PNU chair also took an issue with those that feel dissatisfied with the outcome of the election. He said they should seek legal intervention instead of calling for protests.

He said that Kenyans had spoken in their numbers and as such those that feel the election was not fair should follow the constitutionally allowed method.
