This follows a crackdown by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB), which includes countrywide routine inspection by PPB drug inspectors.The Board warned that legal action would be taken against wholesalers found selling drugs to unregistered retailers and professionals who acquire licenses and leave unqualified persons to operate their premises."Members of the public are advised to look out for the health safety code before buying medicines in a pharmacy and SmS the code to 21031 free of charge to verify registration status," said PPB officials in a communication, Friday.
