He said garbage is piling up faster than the county can clear it.
According to the Star, Kingi alleges that police stormed Kibarani yard and impounded our vehicles during last week raid.
He said at a press conference in his office on Tuesday.
But Kingi did not specify how many vehicles have been impounded.
Environment executive Godfrey Nyongesa has asked for the trucks to be released soon.
He claimed police took action after a private entity laid claim to the trucks.
But it is not immediately clear is Fast Movers and Hauliers limited approached the police.
Yogesh Vaja, the company director, said that 70 of their trucks are currently at Kibarani.
He claimed the county has not paid them after a contract to collect garbage.
The Star reported that Governor Hassan Joho's administration could not pay the company Sh140 million, leading to a fallout and cancellation of the contract.
But county officials declined to comment on the matter on Tuesday.
Vaja said the company's relationship with the county was strenuous.Nyongesa said they have complained formally to relevant institutions.
