Police in Kibra have dispersed crowds convened to stop the fresh presidential elections from taking place.

A group of youths had barricaded roads with metals to stop entry of poll officials to the various polling stations.

At Olympic Primary School polling station, the gate was impassable as unknown people had blocked the entire entrance with huge stones.

In Lindi, police engaged a group of youths in running battles the better part of the morning before peace was restored.
