Homa Bay Women Rep Gladys Wanga has said her life is in danger.
Wanga claimed police on Monday followed her to her residential home where they threatened to harm her.
They also smashed the rear window of her Range Rover.
Wanga spoke when NASA leaders led by James Orengo paid her a visit.
It is not yet clear how and when the police followed her as she did not divulge more details.
Jubilee leaning bloggers, however, rubbished the claims saying Wanga was leading a pack of demonstrators when they met another group and a clash ensued.
Her vehicle was stonned leading to the damage, a blogger said.
