Police imposter Joshua Waiganjo has sensationally blamed National Police Service Commission (NPSC) chairman Johnstone Kavuludi for his incarceration and continued suffering in prison.
In a petition addressed to the speaker of the National Assembly, Waiganjo now wants action to be taken against Kavuludi saying that the NPSC chair is responsible for his conviction.
Kavuludi chaired the commission of inquiry that investigated Waiganjo in January 2013 where the convict was found guilty of impersonating a police officer.
Waiganjo notes that he was accorded an unfair hearing by the Kavuludi led-commission as he was never given a chance to defend himself.
In the petition, Waiganjo still maintains that he is a police officer with the Kenya Police Reservists and denied that he was an imposter in the service as claimed.
The petition has already been received by speaker Justin Muturi's office.
