Following an accident last week in South B, police are in pursuit of a vehicle used in Charles Njugua a.k.a Jaguar campaign.
According to reports, Rose Masoni's vehicle was involved in a hit and run with a person suspected of driving the Starehe MP candidates car.
The case was submitted to the Industrial Area police station and the suspects vehicle number registered was KBX-779.
The driver allegedly was on the phone the time of the incident according to Masoni.
"The occupants of the car alighted holding walkie-talkies. They immediately jumped back into their vehicle and drove off claiming they were busy," she said as reported by The Star.
The officer assigned to the case stated that the candidate had been issued a summons but has yet to respond.
Jaguar has also been under investigations following a similar incident with his Range Rover Sport, license number KCB 808J, which hit and killed two motorcyclists along Makutano-Sagana highway.
