Police in Naivasha are investigating an incident after a man died at Karai area on Tuesday.
According to a witness, the man walked into a bar at around midday, ordered a bottle of beer which he drunk before falling asleep on the county.
Naivasha deputy commissioner Isaac Masinde confirmed the incident and said the man was rushed to Naivasha sub-county hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
Masinde said the man’s relatives who have recorded a statement with police said the man has been sick for some time.
The commissioner assured that police are investigations the matter.
He called on residents not to take alcohol while they are sick because they are putting their lives in danger.
