Police have responded to a video of a naked Kirinyaga Deputy Governor Peter Ndambiri and unidentified female.
Through it's officials Twitter account, the Kenya Police Service indicated that the video was 'strange' to the authorities.
The clip emerged on Tuesday evening and it is said to have been recorded in Kakamega town where Ndumberi was atttending the Devolution Conference.
"The video and the statement circulating in sections of the social media is strange to police," the National Police Service said in a tweet on Wednesday. Police have not received any report concerning an assault. Equally, the Spokesperson has not issued any statement concerning the same," the tweet read.
Ndambiri and the woman are questioned by a group of men who speak Swahili and Kikuyu languages.
Ndumberi has not responded to the clip.
