Area police boss Timothy Mwasia said the woman who he didn’t mention her name was brutally killed by suspected criminals in the wee hours of Saturday.

Mwasia said the woman has been taking care of a farm in the area.

“The deceased could not survive because she was deeply cut on the head and her neck. Nothing was stolen from the farm a clear indication that the killing was well planned by the killers. We have launched a search to arrest the killers,” said Mwasia.

He called on area Chief Michael Onsombi with the help of Nyumba Kumi officials to help police in investigating the incident to ease the arrest of the suspects.

“Local government representatives are advised to ensure the suspects who are from within are arrested and taken to court to be charged with the murder. No one has been given the authority to kill another,” said the police boss.
