Police in Eldoret on Sunday arrested a Moi University student suspected to have participated in the killing of a man.
The suspect was arrested at Komobo estate following a successful tip off from members of the public.
This comes after another student was arrested last week in connection with the killing of Kenneth Kipchoge when a scuffle ensued between the students and villagers last week.
Eldoret police boss Rashid Omanga confirmed the arrests and said the suspects will remain in custody to help police in investigations.
"Police are ongoing with investigations, the suspects will be arraigned in court on February 14 to take plea,” Omanga said.
Omanga warned students against taking the law into their hands whenever differences arise.
"Students should stop taking the law into their hands whenever differences arise between them and the locals," he noted.
