A policeman has been arrested after he is reported to have sold his gun to a criminal in Kasarani, Nairobi.Reports say that the gun has since been used in several crime scenes before it was recovered.He, however, claimed he had lost the gun but did not report the matter to the authorities.Meanwhile, Police have been deployed to various polling centers in the city as Jubilee conducts its primaries.Ballot papers were escorted under security to the centres ahead of the start of the exercise amid complaints from supporters who say their names are missing from the registers being used.The main focus is on Mike Sonko and Peter Kenneth who are battling out for the governor’s seat with the main hotspots being Starehe, Dagorreti South, Kamukunji, Kasarani, Roysambu and Embakasi East, Embakasi West and Embakasi Central.
