Two Administration Police officers on Thursday night sustained serious injuries after they shot each other following an argument as they guarded a KCPE examinations container in Sotik.

The 830pm incidence occurred at the Sotik subcounty commissioner's office following a brief altercation between the two.

They were then rushed to Tenwek Mission Hospital where they continue to get medical attention in critical condition.

An investigation has since been launched by police.
